The founders of HOPE at Novation academy have been teaching young adults life skills for years. Jamie Pander, Site Director of Hope at Novation, built and sold a successful company that helped teens graduate college at 16, taught them how to be a successful adult,showed them how to excel in job interviews and interpersonal relationships and more.
Jamie believes that we have a responsibility to teach young people everything we know. To give them every opportunity and edge that they can reach for.
But mostly to be genuine, loving, caring, and critical thinking adults. That starts in High School, and she knows how to get through to them.
